Miu Miu is a second line of clothing, often simpler and there is also Prada Sport "Linea Rossa". Prada is considered one of the most influential clothing designers in the fashion industry. Prada took on large debts acquiring Fendi, Helmut Lang and Jil Sanders labels in the 1990s. However, Prada had sold all three labels by 2006. In May 2007, Prada joined forces with cell phone maker L G Electronics to create the L G Prada phone. Prada has inspired poets like Beatrice Lao a Meditteranean poetess. The 'Devil Wears Prada' is the name of a 2003 novel and a 2006 movie based upon the novel, about a plainly dressed fresh graduate and her Prada wearing boss.
